Turning plastics
Our varied machines enable us to manufacture products with complex shapes to a guaranteed high degree of accuracy. Depending on the material, we can work to tolerances up to approximately 0.05 mm.
Conventional turning
We mainly apply conventional turning to small series of products. Our maximum turn diameter is 2,050 mm. This makes Ridderflex unique. We are the only supplier in the Netherlands that can offer you this.
CNC turning
Since our machines only take a short time to set up, we are your supplier of choice for both small and larger series of products that should be CNC turned. If you supply your drawing as a *.dxf or *.dwg file, we can import it directly into our CNC machines. View the full list of file formats we can import into our machines.
Automatic turning
We mainly apply automatic turning to large product series.
